Cancellations
Client-initiated Cancellations
- You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to contact@sunrisedigitalmedia.com.au.
- If notice is given less than 14 days before the next billing cycle, the upcoming month’s fee will still apply in full.
- For project-based work, once work has commenced, cancellation will not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Agency-initiated Cancellations
Sunrise Digital may suspend or terminate services if:
- you fail to pay invoices on time,
- you breach our Terms and Conditions, or
- your conduct poses reputational or legal risk.
We may also terminate services for any reason with 30 days’ written notice.
Refunds
Up-front Project Fees
- Once a project has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
Monthly Retainers
- Retainer fees are billed in advance and are not refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-cycle.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If services are not delivered as required by law, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-supply or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Special Notes
- Refunds and cancellations for any third-party costs (such as advertising spend on Google or Meta, or third-party tools) are subject to the provider’s own policies.
- Any outstanding invoices remain payable up to the effective date of cancellation.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Sunrise Digital Media to take effect.
